Ingredients:
Banana - 1 No.
Milk - 1 Cup
Dates - 2
Honey - 2 Tsp
Method:
1.Cut Banana and dates into small pieces.
2.Put all the ingredients in a blender or mixie and the milk shake is ready
Note: You can add 1 or 2 cashews - it will taste more.
