Ingredients :
Cooked rice - 1/2 cup
Ragi flour- 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Salt to taste

Method:
- Boil the water in a large pot type vessel. Now add salt and ragi flour as a heap and cover it with a lid. Keep the flame low other it will spill out.
- Allow it to cook for another 5 minutes. Now using a wooden ladle stir continuously and vigorously, without letting any lumps to form. Now the lid for another 2 minutes and again stir once or twice. The consistency will be like chappati dough but this will be very soft.
- Turn off the stove. dip your hand in water and take out small portion of the cooked dough to make balls.
- Serve it hot with Keerai Kuzhambu / gravy.
