Ingredients:
Ragi - 2 cupParboiled rice - 1 cup
Green Gram Dhal - 1 cup
Corn - 1 cup
Fried gram - 1 cup
Wheat - 1 cup
Sago - 1 cup
Peanut - 1/2 cup
Badam - 10 pieces
Cashew nut - 10 pieces
Cardamom - 3 Nos
Carom / ajwain seeds - 1 tsp
Method:
- Dry raost all the ingredients separately and grind them in mill.
- Allow it to cool to room temperature and store it in a air tight container
